Spinach, Tomato, and Shrimp Calamarata Pasta

This simple, authentic dish will make you fall in love with Calamarata!
What you will need:
○ 2 C. of Grape Tomatoes
○ 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
○ 1 C. Calamarata Hemp Pasta
○ 1/2 lb. of Fresh Shrimp
○ 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
○ Salt & Pepper to Taste
​○ Parmesan Cheese
○ 2 C. Spinach
○ 1 Lemon

Directions:

Bring water to a boil, add calamarata noodles with a pinch of salt and let cook for 13 mins.


Meanwhile, place olive oil and minced garlic in saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the minced garlic becomes softly brown. Place shrimp on top of olive oil and garlic and heat on medium for 2 minutes. Flip Shrimp and generously squeeze lemon wedge over the top. Place spinach and tomatoes on top and cook over medium heat for another 3-4 minutes.

Remove noodles from heat and drain. Pour spinach, tomato, and shrimp sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
